Our unbleached wheat, freshly milled, flour is from
Giustos (South San Francisco), a name steeped in a family's tradition of providing superior quality and nutritional flour to bakers for over 70 years. We use
Straus Family Creamery's European Style organic sweet cream butter. Straus is a family run farm located in the town of Marshall, CA. Their butter has over 85% butterfat and is still made in a 1950's small batch butter churn. Our sugar is pure cane.
We carefully select the most aromatic organic herbs and spices for our Garden Shortbread Cookies. We use the actual leaves, roots, stems, seeds, blossoms or pollen not flavorings, oils or tinctures.
